Electrical Testing
Electrical testing is a vital way of ensuring the continuing safety of an existing installation. Landlords are required by law to have their properties tested at least every 5 years or at change of tenancy. Full reports along with photographic evidence will be issued on completion. We can also carry out inspections on commercial and industrial premises.

Consumer Unit
Replacement
Consumer units may need replacing for various reasons. They may no longer be compliant with current regulations, be in a dangerous condition, or may not have enough spare capacity to allow for additional circuits. On completion of the installation you will receive a NICEIC installation certficate, insurance backed warranty and Part P building regs certificate.
